This tiny (but lofty) theater, which specializes in stirring adaptations of adventure-packed novels, tackles Robert Louis Stevenson's classic pirate tale with vigor and violence (thanks to Geoff Coates's generally lauded fight choreography). Critics say Lifeline's "Treasure Island" is inventive enough for discriminating adult theater-goers, and bloody enough for their 12-year-old kids.
